The Cross-Country Races (S1 v S2 v S3)

I thought I would combine my favorite TV show with my favorite sport! The game will incorporate people from all 10 seasons of TAR into a cross-country tournament setting. Races are divided by sex, boys only in some races and girls in the others.

We will begin with having three rounds, each rounding holding four races. Two races will be among people from two seasons, and the other two races will be among people from three seasons.

In each race, you will rank the people from whom you most like to whom you least like. I will calculate all the rankings. Then the person who is most commonly liked by all the people will get first place and one point. The person who is second most commonly liked will get second place and two points, and so on. The only scores that will matter are the top 7 racers from each season. The points will be added up, and the season with the fewest points will win that race. We will do this for all four races in the first round.

In the second and third rounds, the exact same thing will be done, only seasons will face other seasons, different from those they battled against in the first round. So even though each season will only race three times, they will have raced against four or five seasons, depending on what races they were in.

Then it's time for the championships! The average score will be taken for each season. The three teams with the worst average (most points) will battle each other in the "frosh-soph" race. The middle three teams with the middle average (middle points) will battle in the "JV" race. And the four teams with the best average (least points) will battle each other in the "Varsity" race. The team that wins the Varsity Race will be the all-time cross-country champions!

I am sure that you have no idea what I just said. I will make it more simple to understand in the next post as well as the first race.

The first race is between Seasons 9 and 10! If you had no idea what I talked about in the first post, just rank the following people in order from whom you like the best to the least. The girls must stay in one ranking and the guys in the other! Or if you guys want to we can just do girls first and then guys after all the girl rounds. Or vice versa. But please play! lol.

That season's top racers were Mary, Lauren, Sarah, Dustin, Kandice, Kellie, and Jamie. Their points added up are 33! The girls of Season 10 win the first race!

The best of Season 10 were David (of David/Mary), Erwin, Godwin, Duke, Vipal, Bilal, and Peter. Their score is 46. It was close, but the guys of Season 10 win this one.

So Season 10 won both races. The next race will be posted in the next post!

The next race is between Seasons 7 and 8. Do the same exact thing as the last race! If you don't want to take the time to rank everyone (which I don't mind or wouldn't be surprised to see), then you can just put your favorites at the top, your least favorites at the bottom, and then everyone else in the middle in the exact order I list them in.
