No. You just place them normally, starting from 1. The only restriction is that teams on a later ferry may not finish in front of EVERY team from the earlier ferry. But they may finish in front of one or two teams from the earlier ferry.

Starting placing a team from the first ferry on 1. The next person can then place teams from the second ferry on 2. Wink

And you can vote after 3 others.
