I don't think that's fair though! That cost me a first place finish because he made me re-PM him the answer with who did it (and wouldn't count my answer until I did). I remember that because it got me SO mad.

And if I finished first and we use the same timing format as usual, wouldn't it be a tie?

But if he can't do things differently than shoudln't you be penalized because he did that to me? I just think it's unfair because that could make a difference between win/loss and it happened to me earlier in the game

Stop being a sore loser. Accept that I beat you and move on. Your a great player and your time will come. Even if it means having to wait 16 games like I did.

What's next? Saying that I shouldn't have won because I came in halfway through the game making another stupid statement saying that's unfair because I was able to bypass other legs and possible eliminations?

I know your frustrated. To tell you the truth, I'd probably be doing the same thing you are right now. But if he does penalize me, then that would be wrong because nowhere is it said that we are required to do so. No rule at all. AND....I've done it before and nothing has happened; therefore penalizing me this time would be HIS mistake for not telling me it was wrong in the first place.

But it had happened to me in the past and THAT is where my frustration is coming from...I'm not mad that you won at all, I'm happy that you have finally won a game, I just don't think its fair to put a penalty on me for something that never affects anybody else.
