This is the Defensores del Chaco Stadium, the main football stadium in the country:

I forgot to mention that the leg's Fast Forward would have been available, rather than searching the stadium grounds. In this FF, teams would have had to go to the Panteon Nacional de los Heroes, a cathedral where many of Paraguay's heroes are buried, and build a 5 metre tall stone plinth with building blocks to win the FF award.

But instead, here is...

Detour: HOLD THEM or DANCE WITH THEM
HOLD THEM - Go by taxi to the Excelsior Hotel and carry 3 plates full of food each to a table, on the other side of the hotel ground floor, without dropping anything, to receive the next clue.
DANCE WITH THEM - Go to Bernardino Caballero Park, slightly further away from the hotel, and locate some professional salsa dancers. Once you find them, dance the salsa with them for 3 minutes to receive your next clue.

TASK: Choose which Detour to do.
