Hi again,
this is the second season of Sam1994's Amazing Race!!! (YAY!)

This isnt something you sign up for, I just decided to do what Raymond did with his second one. Anyway, read if you want. It is 11 teams who finished in last place in their race (except for 1 team). Here are the teams:

Eleven teams set off from Alamogordo Park, Alamogordo, New Mexico, with $50 and instructions to fly to Lima, Peru. On the way to the airport, Matt & Ana decide that they will not align with any other team and will do brilliant on their own. Meanwhile, Kim & Reggie bicker about whether they should take the highway or stick to local roads. Reggie gets his way.

At the airport, every team is told at Continental that the earliest flight will arrive at 10.30PM that night. Gina & Sylvia and Tramel & Talicia decide to enquire at other airlines and find a flight which will arrive at 10PM with American. They sare this information with Kim & Reggie, who just dismiss this. Kim says that they can't trust they teams as they look untrustworthy.

So, Tramel & Talicia and Gina & Sylvia are first to arrive in Peru. Next, they had to find Plaza de Armas to find departure times for the next morning. The times are 7AM, 7.45AM and 8.30AM. In Panama, where the connecting flight landed for Continental, the plane to Peru was delayed. Everyone tried to get on the Panama Airlines flight, but only two teams were allowed on. The teams that got on were Bilal & Sa'eed and John & Scott.

Ana tells Matt that she has forgot most of her high school Spanish and then asks if Plaza de Armas means they have to eat a plate of arms.

Tramel & Talicia blow their lead by taking a 7.45 departure time. Also, Debra & Steve and Avi & Joe do thisbut take 8.30AM times instead. Deidre & Hillary take advantage of these team's stupidity and snag a 7AM departure.

Next morning, teams had to take a taxi to La Iglesia de San Francisco for the next clue. There, teams found the detour, "Sand" or "Sea". In Sand, teams had to find a red/yellow flag at a crowded and cramped beach where a sunbather will hand teams the next clue. In Sea, teams had to find a surfer at that same beach and learn the basics of surfing. Obviously, Sea will be harder for the older and weaker teams, which also means that Debra & Steve, Kim & Reggie and Deidre & Hillary all took it. All other teams went for Sand.

Surprisingly, Deidre & Hillary found the surfing easy but it was Gina & Sylvia who had a good eye for detail and they finished the detour first. The next clue sent teams to the bus station to catch a bus to Iquitos.

On the first bus at 9.10AM were Tramel & Talicia (who finishe the detour quickly), Gina & Sylvia, Dennis & Erika and Deidre & Hillary. Matt & Ana, who missed this bus by seconds, started making fun of the other teams by saying that Dennis was a scumbag and Gina & Sylvia were just women who had nothing but soccer to keep them alive. Simultaneously, Gina was trash-talking Ana.

On Bus 2 (at 9.25AM) were Matt & Ana, Bilal & Sa'eed, Debra & Steve, John & Scott and Ryan & Chuck. Reggie & Kim and Avi & Joe brought up the rear at 9.40AM.

Once in Iquitos, teams had to take a motocarro to La Plaza 28 (the largest square in Peru) where the next clue would be waiting. Gina & Sylvia arrived there and got the instructions to take a taxi to the pitstop-The Iron House-and arrived there first with Dennis & Erika seconds behind them.

On the last bus, both teams were given different problems. So, it was between Avi & Joe, who were told by a local to walk the mile to the pitstop and Reggie & Kim, who's taxi got a flat tire...

3rd Place=Tramel & Talicia=5.57AM
4th Place=Deidre & Hillary=5.59AM

8th Place=John & Scott=6.42AM
9th Place=Matt & Ana=6.58AM
10th Place=Avi & Joe=8.02AM
Last Place=Kim & Reggie=8.15AM

Next time on THE AMAZING RACE:
Teams go to another South American country,

Ana gets a fear of heights,

and Dennis loses his temper...

Gina & Sylvia, who were first to arrive at 5.46AM, will depart at 5.46PM.

Teams must now go by train to Cali, Colombia. Getting on the first train is crutial as the next train does't leave until 2 hours later. Gina & Sylvia, Dennis & Erika, Tramel & Talicia, Deidre & Hillary and Debra & Steve all got on the first train. Bilal & Sa'eed who left 20 minutes before the train left got completely lost and DROVE to Pasto, Colombia. They then caught the train there.

They arrived at Estadio Olimpico Pascual Guerrero in last place, where all of the teams found the roadblock. For this roadblock, one team member had to set up a soccer net for a football match. Most of the racers who took this challenge got tangled in the net.

Dennis was getting frustrated. He had tried and tried to get the net up to no avail. He got so angry he kicked the bars down in frustration. He decided to quit the roadblock and continue on. The 4-hour penalty would come into effect at the mat.

Once teams had finished this, they were instructed to go to Salsa de Cali Clube for the next clue. Once there, teams had to take part in a salsa dance for their next clue. Debra was quite amusing here as she kept slipping on the dance floor.

The detour this leg was the choice of wind surfing with an instructor or mountain biking back down the same mountain. The wind surfing would probably be fast and fun and all of the teams decided to take this option.

Matt & Ana were first in line. Matt got down easily but Ana looked terrified. She was about to go off but she stepped back. She said that she couldn't do it. So Matt had to come back up to the the top of the mountain so his team could do the second option. Gina looked extremely happy about this. She said "If you're not fast you're last, and they weren't fast so they'll probably be last"

The pit stop was beside the Cristo Rey-a statue located at the top of a hill near Cali. Steve was speechless when he was told his team was in first. Bilal & Sa'eed were given a 30-minute penalty for not following the clue correctly as they drove and didnt take a train to Cali but it was Dennis & Erika's 4-hour penalty that they couldn't overcome.

They never noticed this error until they were already in Colombia. At the roadblock, Dennis got frustrated. He took the 4-hour penalty. At the local salsa club, Debra kept slipping. In the end, Debra & Steve finished first against all odds, and the four hour penalty was too big to overcome for Dennis & Erika.

Debra & Steve who were the first team to arrive at 2.45PM, will depart at 2.45AM.

Teams must now fly to the city of Rosario, Argentina. Once there, teams must go to the Futmal Hotel for the next clue. Bilal conveiniently trips over the statue and has blood gushing out of his leg. At the airport, Gina & Sylvia tells Debra & Steve that the earliest flight out is at Pacfic Air. However, Gina finds the earliest flight at Argentina Airlines arriving 20 minutes before. The punchline to this pointless piece of villainity is that Debra & Steve's flight arrives an our early!

Back at the airport, Bilal wouldn't be let on the fight becuase of his leg didnt stop bleeding. Doesn't look good. When they finally get Bilal's leg OK, they find out the next flight to Rosario isn't until 10 hours later.

A bunching point at the hotel isn't good enough for Bilal & Sa'eed to get back. Anyway, the detour at the hotel is "Feeding" or "Flagging". In the first, teams had to find the hotel's kitchen and one team member must cook breakfasts while the other must wait on the tables until they mae $AR100 when they will receive the next clue. In "Flagging", teams must find the Argentina Flag Memorial and take a board with the South American countries on it. Then, teams must search around the Memorial for the flags of the countries. Once teams get all of the countries, they would receive the next clue.

All teams except Debra & Steve and Avi & Joe take the flags. John, who can't find the Chile flag anywhere says "I hope we don't have to go to Chile, because we'll kill everyone we meet there!!!" Scott tells him to "calm down". John tells him to shut up.

Matt & Ana finds all of the flags with relative ease. Deidre gets scared for Bilal & Sa'eed's safety. And the current situation is "further delayed". At the layover in Sao Paulo, the plane's engine breks down. They have to book another flight through Buenos Aires.

Back to Argentina, and Gina & Sylvia and Ryan & Chuck are first to complete the detour. Every team must now go by bus to Buenos Aires. On the first bus at 1PM are Gina & Sylvia, Tramel & Talicia and Ryan & Chuck. At 1.40PM, every other team gets on the bus-except Bilal & Sa'eed.

In Buenos Aires, teams must now find a gaucho field just outside Buenos Aires. Tramel & Talicia are first to the roadblock, where one team member must round up the black cows in one pen and get them into another without any white or brown cows. It's a race between Gina & Tramel for who finishes first, as Ryan & Chuck get lost. Gina is first and Tramel seconds behind her, and Gina & Sylvia win out in the footrace to the mat.

Scott takes the roadblock for his team. John starts laughing at the cows who are on the other side of the hedge and starts winding them up, and then a funny scene happens as the cow gets out the field and starts chasing John down the road. His team are temporarily delayed.

Bilal & Sa'eed, who finally arrive in Rosario are told to skip all of the day's task and go directly to the pit stop-Palermo Lake.

2nd Place=Tramel & Talicia=6.05PM
3rd Place=Ryan & Chuck=6.38PM
4th Place=Deidre & Hillary=8.45PM
5th Place=Debra & Steve=8.53PM

Not bad, it was a VERY close race to the finish with Chris/Alex and Tara/Wil. But there are better seasons. LOL.

9 teams set out from Cali, Colombia and raced to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Bilal & Sa'eed missed a vital flight an arrived last. At the roadblock, John got chased by a cow. Gina & Sylvia arrived first, and Bilal & Sa'eed were eliminated.

8 teams remain, who will be eliminated tonight?

Gina & Sylvia, who were first to arrive at 6.04PM, will depart at 6.04AM

Teams must now get a flight to Adelaide, Australia. Once there teams must find the Mount Lofty Summit for the next clue. Gina & Sylvia and Tramel & Talicia formed a temporary alliance that lasted until Gina & Sylvia withheld information from Tramel & Talicia. On the first flight was Gina & Sylvia only. On Flight 2 were Tramel & Talicia, Debra & Steve and Deidre & Hillary. On Flight 3 every team except Matt & Ana got on board. They brought up the rear at 7.55PM.

At the Summit of Mount Lofty, teams had to search the skies for a yellow/red flag to get the next clue from the tour guide. Gina & Sylvia found it first and got instructions to go to Adelaide Oval for the next clue.

Also at Mount Lofty was the Fast Forward, which required teams to rappel down the mountain. None of the teams did this until the last two flights arrived. Avi & Joe decided to have a go and so did Matt & Ana. Avi & Joe were going great until Joe hit a large rock on the mountain when he started getting scared. This allowed Matt & Ana (who was getting shouted at to hurry up by Matt) to overtake them and get to the bottom first. They receivd intructions to fly to Yulara and go to the Pitstop at the Uluru (Ayers Rock). They arrived there first.

At the Oval, teams encountered a detour-"Rests" and "Runs". In "Rests" teams had to search the arm rests of the seats at the stadium until they find one with the next clue attached. It's a luck based challenge, which is why no teams took it. In "Runs", teams had to play a game of cricket until they score a century of runs.

Debra & Steve proved exceptional at this challenge, as they scored 100 runs before everyone else had reached 50. John didn't understand the game and just stood there after hitting the ball.

Teams must now take a flight to Yulara. There was only one flight out to Yulara for the rest of that day and everyone made it. The roadblock at the service station was to find a camel and a navigation device and ride the camel until the find the spot on where the device is leading them, dig it up and that is where the next clue was. Deidre took a 3rd roadblock in a row and fell off 15 times. Steve fell 10 times, the only racer not to fall at all was Ryan who adapted to the camel well.

Once teams completed that task, they had to walk to Uluru for the pit stop. Debra & Steve arrived second and were again shocked. John & Scott couldn't guide their camel and arrived last.

1st Place=Matt & Ana=11.17PM

2nd Place=Debra & Steve=3.15AM
3rd Place=Ryan & Chuck=3.17AM
4th Place=Tramel & Talicia=3.25AM

yeah, beside the fact it was the first season i saw live (watched season 1 on dvd), it had the closest finish, some of the most competitive teams, tons of interaction between team members on different teams, a great route, good tasks, and much more

8 teams set out from Buenos Aires, Argentina and race over 7,500 miles to Adelaide, Australia. Matt & Ana got on the last flight out of Argentina, but got back and won the Fast Forward while Avi & Joe faltered. Teams then flew to Yulara and teams guided a camel at the roadblock. Matt & Ana arrived at Uluru first, and John & Scott were eliminated...

7 teams remain, who will be eliminated next...

Matt & Ana, who were first to arrive at 11.17PM, will depart at 11.17AM.

Teams must now fly to the island of Papua New Guinea. Once there, teams must find Stop & Shop in Port Moresby for the next clue. Matt & Ana are frustrated that the first flight out is at 6AM and that every team can catch up. All teams get on the flight.

At the Stop & Shop teams find the detour and the yield. Tramel & Talicia-who arrive first-decide to yield Matt & Ana for "personal reasons" which Talicia then says is that they hate them. The detour is the choice between "Stops" and "Shops". In "Stops", teams must go to the bus depot les than 500 yards away and learn how to drive a Papua New Guinea bus. In the last, teams must receive a shopping list from an employee of the Stop & Shop and find all of these items with the teams own money. Then, they must deliver them to a local elder for the next clue.

Every team takes "Stops", as shopping with their own money doesn't appeal to the teams. Matt & Ana bicker oer whose fault it was that they got yielded that they don't notice the time running out for a few seconds. Deidre & Hillary's bus starts to go up in smoke literally. They get out of the detour last even after Matt & Ana who are on the verge of killing each other.

Teams must now go to the local golf club where the roadblock requires team members to get a par or under on 3 holes. Deidre takes yet another roadblock for her team as she has played golf for all of her life. Matt, Gina, Steve, Avi, Chuck and Tramel all take the roadblock too. Ana is screaming at Matt as they finish this task last.

But this isn't as hard as navigating to the pit stop of Touaguba Hill. Deidre & Hillary have the worst luck, as they finish last, after a five-way footrace to the mat. The other two teams finish only 2 minutes before the footrace.

1st Place=Debra & Steve=4.44PM
2nd Place=Gina & Sylvia=4.45PM
3rd Place=Tramel & Talicia=4.47PM TIED
4th Place=Ryan & Chuck=4.47PM TIED
5th Place=Matt & Ana=4.47PM TIED
6th Place=Avi & Joe=4.48PM
Last Place=Deidre & Hillary=4.49PM

7 teams still remain, who will be eliminated tonight?

Debra & Steve, who were first to arrive at 4.44PM will depart 4.44AM.

Teams must now drive to the Madang Scuba Club, where teams would find the next clue. Arriving 5 minutes apart on the last leg and Papua New Guinea usually consiting on small local roads, teams will be right behing each other the whole way.

At the Madang Scuba, teams found the roadblock. For this roadblock, one team member must scuba dive to the bottom of the sea and collect 5 crayfish from traps underwater. Hillary completed her first roadblock of the race. No team had much trouble with this, except Ana who got 2 and then asked the scuba diving manager to look at Matt while she got 3 more crayfish out of his bucket. It doesn't work.

Teams must now walk to Madang Market to find the detour-"Buy" or "Sell". In the first, teams must find and buy a piece of pottery by only a picture of it and in the last, teams must get a goat and go to one of the villages outside Madang to try and sell it. Deidre & Hillary and Matt & Ana decide to look for pottery, while the others sell goats. Debra & Steve struggle handling the goat an they have to chase it when it breaks free.

The teams must now go to the next pit stop-Madang Lodge. Ryan & Chuck surprisingly finish first and Deidre & Hillary arrive 10 minutes later but must wait out a half-hour penalty. There is a short-lived tense moment for them as Matt & Ana, Avi & Joe and Tramel & Talicia arrive. But Gina & Sylvia and Debra & Steve are so far behind that they didn't get there in time. And Debra & Steve are beaten in a footrace.

Previously on The Amazing Race...
7 teams set out from Port Moresby and raced to Madang, Papua New Guinea. Ana trys to play a trick at the roadblock, which doesn't work. At the detour, Debra & Steve lost control of their goat, while Matt & Ana found the pottery within minutes. Ryan & Chuck got first, and Debra & Steve couldn't recover.

6 teams remain, who will be eliminated next?

Ryan & Chuck, who were first to arrive at 1.23PM, will depart at 1.23AM.

Teams must now fly to the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Once there, teams must find the Mosque of Baba Adam for the next clue. Everyone get on the only flight for hours to Dhaka. The teams are shocked that kids and rats are roaming the streets when the flight arrives at 10PM. Theyare also clawing through trash. Matt says that he has never seen anyhing like this in his life but Ana says "Wow, look at the size of that rat. Cool!"

Tramel & Talicia arrive first but the mosque doesn't open until 5AM. Every team slowly arrives. At dawn teams find the roadblock requiring participating team members to collect a pattern from the imam of the mosque and search outside on the walls for the same patterm where the next clue is.

Everybody takes a lot of time to do this.

The detour at Patenga Beach in Chittagong, is the choice between reading some crimes and punishments and answer questions at the Court Building and paddling along Foy's Lake in a canoe.

Nobody is silly enough to take the first, which practically ensures team's eliminations. But the locals get to laugh at the teams when most of them overturn their canoe.

Another long drive up to Dhaka to the mat at Lalbagh Fort gets Matt & Ana very lost. They went to the Indian border and turned back. Lucky for them that when Avi & Joe step on the mat first, they are handed their next clue and Avi collapses!...TO BE CONTINUED.

Next time on the Amazing Race...

Avi recovers from collapsing...
and Matt & Ana get some bad news...

CONTINUED FROM LAST LEG...Avi & Joe receive their next clue after Avi gets up, which is instructions to fly to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Every team slowly catches up at the airport. Avi claims that his head hurts badly. All teams get on the first flight out as Matt & Ana get there finally. Once in Bishkek, teams must find Osh Bazaar for the next clue. Matt & Ana get navigational woes yet again, but get back as the bazaar doesn't open till morning.

In the morning, teams find the detour-"Speak" or "Sheep". In the first teams must go to the local college where both team members must learn basic Russian phrases. In "Sheep", teams must find a fresh sheep's head in Osh Bazaar and deliver it to another stall for the next clue. Most teams take "Speak" as they freak out over touching sheep's heads.Only Matt & Ana, who need to get to the front of the pack, take "Sheep".

Also at Osh Bazaar, was the Fast Forward. For this Fast Forward, teams must go on a ride at Panifilova Park looking for a sign. Once the ride is over, teams must tell the manager the message (which is "Welcome to Kyrgyzstan"). Tramel & Talicia get this FF and receive instructions to go to Ala-Too Square for the pit stop.

Once other teams complete the detour teams must go to Karakol Ski Base in Southern Kyrgyzstan. There the roadblock was to ski to the bottom. No one encounters trouble except Ana who won't ski to the bottom. She wanted but once she finds out it is a ski jump she doesn't want to and they get a four hour penalty. They arrive at the pit stop before Tramel & Talicia, who won the Fast Forward and only TNT can get to first in 4-hours.

Gina & Sylvia go into dangerous territory and are last to the mat. They are eliminated.

1st Place=Tramel & Talicia=9.47PM

2nd Place=Matt & Ana=(7.59PM + 4 hours) 11.59PM
3rd Place=Ryan & Chcuk=12.01AM
4th Place=Avi & Joe=12.55AM
5th Place=Deidre & Hillary=1.13AM
6th Place=Gina & Sylvia=1.25AM

NEXT TIME ON THE AMAZING RACE...
Teams move on to the Balkans,

Teams must now fly to the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. Once there, teams must go to Borisova Garden for the next clue. Tramel & Talicia mimic Matt & Ana when they are at the airport. TNT, Matt & Ana and Ryan & Chuck arrive in Sofia at 11.10PM, Avi & Joe and Deidre & Hillary bring up the rear at 11.50PM. This isn't important as Borisova Garden doesn't open until 7AM anyway. Humph.

At Borisova Garden, teams find the detour, which is the choic between "Plant"-which has teams water 100 plants at Borisova Garden-and "Pint"-which has teams collect water from the lake and take it to the local drinks factory for the next clue. Matt & Ana, Avi & Joe and Deidre & Hillary take "Pint" and the others take "Plant". "Pint" turns out to be faster as the drinks factory is only a 1/2 mile away.

Next teams go to Slaveykov Square, where the second of three yields are found. Avi & Joe, who arrive second after Deidre & Hillary, yield Matt & Ana. The roadblock there has team members cart books to local houses. Matt & Ana, who are already last, have even more trouble as Matt can't control the book trolley.

The pit stop at the Serdica Ruins gives us a footrace between Deidre & Hillary and Avi & Joe, with the girls winning out. Matt & Ana, who re already last before they even finish the roadblock, are saved by a non-elimination...

1st Place=Deidre & Hillary=10.01AM
2nd Place=Avi & Joe=10.02AM
3rd Place=Tramel & Talicia=10.14AM
4th Place=Ryan & Chuck=10.17AM

Teams must now fly to the city of Thessaloniki, Greece. Once there, teams must take a taxi to the base of Mount Athos for the next clue. Deidre & Hillary accuse Ana of bullying them during pitstops. They also say that when the next yield comes along, they will be yielded.

Deidre & Hillary and Matt & Ana find the first flight to Thessaloniki at 1AM to arrive at 3.30AM, and the others get on a flight at 2.55AM to arrive at 4.30AM.

At the bottom of Mount Athos, teams find the detour "Carrots" or "Climb". "Carrots", which nobody takes, had teams go to the Simonos Petra Monastery and cook vegetables for monks and eat them with the monks. Noone takes this due to the monastery not opening to the public until 6AM. All teams decide to climb up Mount Athos.

Everyone gets up and down without dying but Matt is injured when he runs into a cow. Next, teams must go back into Thessaloniki and find the Agora Restaurant. At the restaurant, teams find the roadblock, to eat a full Bougasta pie. The pie is about the same size as a large pizza and about 3 times taller. Everyone is sick except Ana, who feeds the plants on the way out of the restaurant.

Teams race to the pit stop at the White Tower. Which Avi & Joe confuses as asking them to find a white tower. Deidre & Hillary get first for a second time and Matt & Ana have to wait out a 30-minute penalty.

Only TNT arrive within 30 minutes and Matt & Ana finish third. Avi & Joe go too far out of their way and are eliminated.

1st Place=Deidre & Hillary=6.08AM
2nd Place=Tramel & Talicia=6.25AM
3rd Place=Matt & Ana=(6.20AM + 30 minutes)6.50AM
4th Place=Ryan & Chuck=7.13AM
Last Place=Avi & Joe=7.20AM

NEXT TIME ON THE AMAZING RACE...

PREVIOUSLY ON THE AMAZING RACE...
5 teams set out from Sofia, Bulgaria and raced nearly 200 miles to Thessaloniki, Greece. Matt runs into a cow at the detour. Every team has trouble stomaching a large pie at the roadblock. Everyone was sick. Deidre & Hillary got their second first place finish in a row, and Avi & Joe were eliminated.

4 teams remain, who will be eliminated next?

Deidre & Hillary, who were first to arrive at 6.08AM, will depart at 6.08PM.

Teams must now fly to East London. However, teams are not told whether it is East London, South Africa or the east of London, England. Matt & Ana and Deidre & Hillary fly to England. The other teams are smarter, and fly to South Africa.

In South Africa, teams must find the taxi depot. All teams except Matt & Ana and Deidre & Hillary arrive at 8.30PM. TNT asks "Where are the other two teams?" The answer: in Heathrow Airport, finding out they are in the wrong country. Very helpful. They book passage to East London through Lisbon and Windhoek.

The detour at th taxi depot is "Room Service" or "Car Service". In the first, teams have to take 5 bags of luggae up the stairs of the Thatch Hotel. The teams in the front of the pack take this. In "Car", teams must deliver 3 passengers to destinations around the city using satelitte (if that's how you spell it) navigation.

Tramel & Talicia excelled at this task, but so did Ryan & Chuck. They get the clue at around the same time. Teams must now drive themselves to East London Museum where the roadblock has teams find the first Coelacanth that was caught in East London, then draw a picture of it for the next clue. The yield there isn't used by the front two.

TNT finish the task first and receive directions to the pit stop-the statue which says "Den Deutschen Einwanderern" on the front. Tramel & Talicia come across the statue by sheer luck, but they aren't complaining, they finish first. Ryan & Chuck finish second.

It's only now that the last two teams arrive in South Africa. Both teams take "Car Service". Matt gets angry that he can't figure out how to work the sat nav. Ana screams at him. The driver looks bemused and says "Huh" and Ana screams at him to "Shut up!"

This fiasco allows Deidre & Hillary to yield Matt & Ana. However, Hillary takes so long at the roadblock, that Ana overtakes her and gats her team to third place. Deidre & Hillary are saved by non-elimination for the second time.

1st Place=Tramel & Talicia=9.45PM
2nd Place=Ryan & Chuck=10.12PM
3rd Place=Matt & Ana=1.42AM
Last Place=Deidre & Hillary=1.47AM

Teams must now drive to Bloemfontein, South Africa. Once there, teams must find the Women's Memorial for the next clue. Matt & Ana yet again get lost but get back to the other teams. The detour at the Women's Memorial is "Wing"-which requires teams to go to the Rugby Museum and find the winger a lifesized rugby match statue for the next clue-and "Water"-which has teams go to the Fire Engine Museum and find the fire engine fountain for the next clue.

Every team takes "Water" as teams find the Fire Engine Museum first, but the fountain is hard to find. Deidre & Hillary take two hours to find it. Teams must now walk to the Boyden Observatory, where the roadblock requires teams to look south for a route flag. Teams must point it out to a tour guide for the next clue.

Teams must now walk to the pitstop at the National Botanical Garden. Deidre & Hillary arrive first, because they drove to the pitstop and they receive a 30-minute penalty. Unfortunately for them, everybody arrives within 11 minutes and they are eliminated.

2nd Place=Matt & Ana=12.03PM
3rd Place=Ryan & Chuck=12.07PM
Last Place=Deidre & Hillary=(11.59AM + 30 minutes)12.29PM

Previously on the Amazing Race...
11 teams set out from Alamogordo, New Mexico and have raced nearly 32,000 miles to Bloemfontein, South Africa. On the way, 8 teams fell by the wayside:Kim & Reggie, Dennis & Erika, Bilal & Sa'eed, John & Scott, Debra & Steve, Gina & Sylvia, Avi & Joe and Deidre & Hillary. Tramel & Talicia have stayed strong throughout the race, with their lowest position at 4th. Matt & Ana have got lost countless times over the race, and Ana has screamed at her husband countless times. Ryan & Chuck have said that they won't win in a footrace, but can they beat out the other teams? Find out who wins the $1,000,000 on Sam1994's Amazing Race!

Tramel & Talicia, who were the first to arrive at 12PM, will depart at 12AM.

Teams must now fly to the city of Chicago. Once there, teams must go to the top of the John Hancock Center for the next clue. Ana says that if she wins the $1,000,000, she will open a beauty salon, and that everyone would want to come. She also adds that Deidre & Hillary would not be welcome.

Ryan & Chuck decide that Johannesburg would have better flights so they fly there. Jo'burg doesnt have any good flights so they are stranded there. The other two teams arrive at 5PM.

TNT amuse themselves by saying that if Matt & Ana win the million they will kill them and take the money. Hopefully that doesn't happen. Matt & Ana arrive first at the John Hancock Center where they get instructions to go to the Water Tower down the street.

The detour there is "Up"-to climb up the water tower to get a clue-and "Down"-which gets teams to pump water into a water bowl until it fills up. Both teams take "Up" and both teams finish a few seconds apart.

Teams must now travel to the Buckingham Fountain. Finally, Ryan & Chuck arrive in Chicago. They finish the detour quikly and are on their way to the fountain just as the other two receive the clue directing them to the top of the Wrigley Building.

There the roadblock has one team member rappel down te Wrigley Building face first. Talicia has to take the roadblock for her team, but her sheer terror stops her from going down. She only starts when Matt starts mocking her when he's half-way down the building.

Teams must now go to Millennium Park for the finish line. On the way there, Ana starts going on and on about how happy she is to return to her home country and the other countries were absolute garbage. Unlucky for the viewers, the win the million and TNT come in second. In their place (by some time) is Ryan & Chuck.
