[OFFICIAL] The Amazing Race Asia 3 starts 04.09.08

It's official!!

The Amazing Race Asia 3 will start on 04 Sep 08 with a special episode "Racers Revealed" and then on 11 Sep 08, the first leg of the race will begin airing.

The teams are out as well!! Please visit the following URL for more information about the teams.

Interesting note, Miss Universe 2005, Natalie Glebova and Miss Universe Thailand 2006 1st runner up, Pailin Rungratanasunthorn, will be representing Thailand!

We already know who Jake's favorite team will be. lol

I wonder if they will be Paula/Natasha 2.0? Their names are close enough. Hehe

I was wondering when the teams would be announced!!

Sam/Vince from HK might be a funny team. Grin

Neena/Ami, yay, an Indian team again, that seems nice!
William/Isaac - South Koreans.. plus Isaac is a huge TAR fan, awesome!
And I have my favorite team.... oddballs A.D and Fuzzie from Singapore! Grin

I like this cast!

I like the look of most of them there.

I especially like Natalie & Pailin and Neena & Amit.
I don't really like the look of AD & Fuzzie and Ida & Tania.

Natalie is the former Miss Canada. I was floored to find out she was in the race, because I mean... she's not even really Asian (but apparently she is now. Go figure.) I was so happy when she won because I'm half-Canadian. Canadians own.

(Apparently, four people on the race have Canadian citizenship, so I'll have to root for them I guess, haha.)

My conclusion after looking at the cast -

To get on the show one of your team members must somewhat be working as a job related to media (ALL the teams had either one member of the team working as a model/director/actor/actress/host/comedian)

I think Pailin and Natalie look erm decent, Bernie and Henry looks pre-showish friendly but i will not be suprised that they turn out to be villians, Visa and Oliver looks like the typical boring TK and Rachel.. team Singapore looks weird, Geoff and Tisha is just BLEAH, team Korea looks nice and friendly.

I guess i like Team Beauty Queens and Team Korea best. (:
