We don't talk much about Europe here but they have had terrible flooding and so far 99 people have died. The latest report this morning says that there are new high water marks in Dresden (worst flooding in 150 years) and they are evacuating hospitals. The vaults of the opera house and an art gallery are flooded as well.

The waters in the Czech Republic are going down again but new high waters are expected in Slovakia as the water moves along its courses.

I am thankful that the rains have subsided. Apparently the floods were caused by a series of torrential rains.

I pray for all of the families of those who have died and were injured.
