The Man Behind the Curtain - May 9

Looks like episode #320 is 'hippie-centric' with a flashback to
the '70's. Features Horace, a scientist/mathematician and Olivia an
attractive elementary school teacher. Both embody a 'hippie' idealism.
Olivia may show up later in other episodes.  
*Note: It seems that Horace and Olivia are fake names. Some fans think that those two characters could be the DeGroots.

the DeGroots are the people from the orientation video at the university. they're the professors that were part of dharma.
 
however, more recent spoilers are saying that Olivia and Horace could be Ben's parents as this is now known to be a Ben flashback.

3.20 - The Man Behind the Curtain (Ben Centered)
 
The past of the island is explored including how Dharma came to be
there, why, and what the fateful 'purge' was really all about.
Flashbacks will show Ben through various ages up until adulthood.
The mysterious 'Jacob' will finally be revealed, and the question of
whether any Dharma members still live will be revealed.

that would be interesting... I've wondered too who these "faces that don't belong" are...  Huh
 
And rumours are still floating that Ron Perlman is playing Jacob.. :-D

I can't believe Ben shot Locke. I thought that might have happened since he took Locke out of the way. I think he lives! WOW- That episode was awesome, I didn't want it to end.

Did you catch the glimpse of Jacob...right after he threw Ben against the wall.  He looked like Locke with hair.  He didn't look like Ron Perlman to me, at all.

I suspect it may be an older Locke as well...I did this morph to illustrate something...notice how all the features (nose, mouth, forehead, chin, etc.) line up almost perfectly.  Also, notice the lines on Jacob's forehead...look familiar?
