NOTE: IF YOU REALIZED WHILE LOOKING AT THE FLIGHTS YOU COULD HAVE FOUND OUT WHAT TIME THE LAST FLIGHT IN EACH OPTION LANDED, TELLING YOU WHEN YOU WOULD HAVE ARRIVED IN TOKYO.

JP/MIRNA AND GENIUS/KRIS HAVE UNTIL THE DEADLINE OF THE NEXT CLUE, WHICH WILL BE FRIDAY NIGHT - HOWEVER, THEY MUST HAVE BOTH TASKS COMPLETED BY THAT TIME. THE NEXT CLUE WILL BE UP AT 10:00 PM EST TONIGHT.

Detour: Maiden (+10) or Messenger (+5)

Maiden: In Maiden, teams must traveled seven miles by taxi to a Japanese garden and use a palanquin, a centuries old method of transporting Asian royalty, to carry a maiden one third of a mile to a tea ceremony.

Team Task for Maiden: Search wikipedia for a Japan palanquin. Answer this question: During what period where palanquin was used famously used? Write a paragraph about that era in Japan. Also pm me a picture of the Japanese Palanquin.

NOTE: THIS TASK WILL BE RANKED BASED ON THE QUALITY OF THE PARAGRAPH.

Messenger: In Messenger, Teams had to travel on foot 200 yards to a parking lot where they picked up a pair of folding bikes and two messenger bags, each containing a parcel. Then, after assembling the bikes, they had to ride through the chaotic Tokyo traffic to deliver the packages to two separate buildings listed on each parcel.

Team Task for Messenger: Go to this site and make a crossword puzzle: http://www.puzzle-maker.com/CW/. Your crossword puzzle will need to include the following:

2 teams from every TAR Season (TAR1-10 and Asia)
4 locations from any TAR Show
4 members on forumsnet

Oops...I already did the crossword without the ampersands. Do you want me to do it over?

Also, was the point to make the clues tricky or obvious? I tried to make it somewhat hard, but not that bad if you know the show.
