Departing the pitstop in first place at 10pm. Ruth and wgal received their first clue of this penultimate leg.

ROUTE INFO

Teams must now fly to the city of Colombo in Sri Lanka. Once there, Teams must travel 80 miles by train to the city of Galle and hire a tuk tuk, a motorized rickshaw, to take them to their next clue at Fort Galle.

You have $2,000 INR for this leg of the race.

SriLankan Airlines Flight departing at 8.00am, arriving in Colombo at 11.00am

Air India Flight departing at 10.00am, arriving in Colombo at 1.00pm
1.
2.

------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------

First Train to Galle at 1.30pm, arriving at 3.30pm
1.
2.

Second Train to Galle at 2.30pm, arriving at 4.30pm
1.
2.

Teams must now signup on their respective flight to Colombo and train to Galle. However, one team member must signup on a flight first, while the other team member must wait at least 12 hours from the teammate's previous post before he/she can help the team signup on a train.

JP: It's been 2 and a half years since a tsunami hit Sri Lanka, and we're going there next. There's no more fear of traveling there but there's still a little sadness when you think about what they went through.
KL: It made us think of how lucky and blessed we are that we weren't affected by the tsunami. It makes you appreciate the things you have right now.
