Xochitl and MK with 196 points in 20 Minutes

SECOND
Heather and Popit with 164 Points in 23 Minutes

THIRD
wgal and xxsolitudexx with 74 Points in 25 Minutes

FOURTH
Jonty and Odvesims with 70 Points in 27 Minutes

FIFTH
sun7kid and el_sheik_doufa with 57 Points in 29 Minutes

SIXTH
JP and username with 55 Points in 31 Minutes

SEVENTH
t and Alexander with 46 Points in 33 Minutes

EIGHTH
Redwings and Mr Tyler with 44 Points in 35 Minutes

NINTH
Avarim and TARfan1 with 43 Points in 37 Minutes (Sent in score first)

TENTH
Genius and Arch Angel with 45 Points in 40 Minutes (Sent in score after Avarim and TARfan1)

LEG 1 RECAP

Previously on Popos The Amazing Race Fantasy Challenge, 11 teams of 2 started the race at The Padang in Singapore. Xochitl and MK, wgal and xxsolitudexx, Jonty and Odvesims and JP and username fell behind when all 4 teams chose to walk to The Esplanade to save some money while other teams chose to take the cab.

Arriving at The Esplanade in first place, Peetah and ImANewUser found the first Roadblock of the race which needed some luck. Several teams surged ahead while Popit and Odvesims caused their team to fall squarely behind when they failed to complete the Roadblock on their first try.

After the Roadblock, teams had to drive to the Sri Mariamman Temple for their next clue. Choosing not to buy a map, Genius and Arch Angel immediately fell behind as they got lost on their way to the Temple. Arriving at the Sir Mariamman Temple in first place, Redwings and Mr Tyler encountered a Detour where they had to choose between Flora or Fauna. While Redwings and Mr Tyler lead the pack, it was Jonty and Odvesims who arrived at the temple in last place.

However, Redwings and Mr Tyler, t and Alexander and Peetah and ImANewUser all received a shock when they arrived at the Singapore Zoological Gardens to find out that they do not have enough money to pay for the entrance fees as they had previously splurged their money on a taxi to The Esplanade and a map to drive themselves to the Sri Mariamman Temple. This mistake allowed Xochitl and MK and Genius and Arch Angel to overtake them and complete the Fauna Detour in first and second places respectively.

While 5 teams chose to take a picture with Ah Meng, the other 6 teams embarked on a search for the National Flower of Singapore at the Singapore Botanical Gardens. Heather and Popit recovered from their early mistake at the Roadblock and completed the Flora Detour in first place, while sun7kid and el_sheik_doufa couldnt work well together to find the flower and completed the Detour few minutes behind JP and username who already left for the pitstop at the Fountain of Wealth at Suntec City.

Arriving at the pitstop in first place, Xochitl and MK were rewarded with a first place for spending their money wisely as Redwings and Mr Tyler couldnt recover from their mistake at the Detour and arrived in second place. Genius and Arch Angel proved their navigational skills to be acceptable as they arrived at the pitstop in third place even though without purchasing a map. As Heather and Popit checked in to the pitstop in fourth place, the only 2 all-female teams of this race survived the first leg and arrived at the pitstop a few minutes later and had a foot race to the pitstop. In the end it was wgal and xxsolitudexx who came in fifth and Avarim and TARfan1 who were more than happy enough to come in sixth.

While the risk of elimination increased as t and Alexander checked in seventh, Jonty and Odvesims arrived at the pitstop and expected elimination, but were only too shock to find out that they were team number eight. sun7kid and el_sheik_doufa were finally able to come to a compromise and work together to arrive ninth. In the end, the mistake at the Detour proved to be costly as JP and username arrived tenth at the pitstop, and Peetah and ImANewUser ultimately became the first team to be eliminated from Popos The Amazing Race Fantasy Challenge.

10 teams remains, who will be eliminated next?
