Detour: Tartan or Toss
In Tartan, teams must go to a town hall just outside Aberdeen and then collect a piece of tartan. Teams must match the pattern on their tartan with one of the mens kilts inside the hall who are performing a dance called the ceilidh. Once they find the right man, he will give them their next clue.

In Toss, teams must go to a field by the River Dee and once there play a Highland sport known as the Caber Toss. Each team member must toss a tall pole and have it land between two lines to receive their next clue.

Tasks
Tartan (20 mins + 4 mins): Tell me how ceilidh is spelled phonetically.
Toss (15 mins + 5 mins): Go to http://www.tv.com/ and tell me who performed the Highland Games Roadblock for each team in Season 3 and then tell me where they finished on that leg.

Deadline: 17 Nov, 3pm UTC

Kelly/Christy are first to arrive at the port and find a notice telling them that the port isn't opened to the public until morning.

Teams must now make their way to one of the largest market in West Africa - Dantokpa Market, where they can get their next clue.

Alternatively, teams can go for the first of 4 Fast Forwards on this race. For this Fast Forward, teams must help local fishermen pull in their harvest on to the beach. The first team to do this will win the Fast Forward award.

Sign up for a form of transport to take to Dantokpa Market. The money is not important on this leg, but it will determine how much money you will get on future legs.
