Reichen and Brennan and the cousins decide to pursue the FF. They had go to the Two International Finance Center, choose any level in the skyscraper they want and try to locate a fortune teller. After consulting the fortune teller, the team will receive the FF clue. However, it only opens at 7.45am.

1st shuttle departs, carrying CC. THey arrived at Lantau Island, and found out the destination was the Tiantan Buddha, the largest outdoor Buddha in the world. Christie rips open the clue.

Christie
Travel to Taipei by plane. There, you must go to the top floor of Taipei 101, the tallest skyscraper in the world.

2nd shuttle departs, carrying Team HEA.

Margarita
I believe we have a shot at winning.

Team Hunks and Cousins rushed into 2 IFC. Hunks start from bottom, while Cousins started from top. 1 team charges into the 52nd floor.........................

Fortune Teller
Why, hello girls.

Charla and Mirna panted, relieved to learn they found her first.

Fortune Teller
Charla, reading your palm, I can tell you are going to stay in the competition for quite a while. But you will make a grave mistake in the future.

Charla
Yikes!!

Mirna
What are we to do Huh

Charla rips open the clue.

Charla
Fly to Taipei and head to the next pit stop, the National Palace Museum.

2nd shuttle arrives at the Buddha, and Frank/MArgarita head for the airport soon after.

****
Reichen/Brennan were shocked to realize 2 girls beat them to the FF, and left, boarding the last shuttle.

CC got flights that will arrive at Taipei and 2.15pm.

3rd shuttle arrives, and Team God and Joke dashed to the airport after retrieving the clue.

Team HEA discovered there were no more seats on the 1st flight, and had to board 1 arriving at 3.15pm. Soon Team Cousin, God and JoKe made it to the 2nd flight. Team Hunks, however, were too late and had to be satisfied with a flight arriving at 3.52pm.

CC arrived in Taipei first and arrived at Taipei 101 first and discovered a RB.

Colin
Who is ready to dance on glass windows?

Chrisite volunteered.

Christie
Get to the 15th floor and follow a marked path to a window. Then you will rappel all the way down to the ground.

Christie got into her gear, feeling slightly frightened, but seemed steady.

Meanwhile, the 2nd flight arrives. But only Cousins were having problem with the driver.

Mirna
Sir, take us to the National Palace Museum.

Driver
What Museum? (he was speaking in Mandarin)

Charla
Mirna, let's go.

Driver
Don't go. (still in Mandarin)

At Taipei 101, Colin is cheering Christie on. Christie makes it smoothly down. They hugged and kissed.

Colin/Christie
Tongue

Clue giver
Ahem!

They stopped the love-making and opened the clue.

Colin
There's no detour in this leg. Now travel to the next pit stop, the National Palace Museum.

3rd flight touches down, and the Hunks try to make up lost time.

Team God arrives at the RB 2nd, and Brandon volunteered. Team HEA were 3rd and Team JoKe 4th. Frank and Kelly volunteered.

Brandon and Frank did it smoothly, but Kelly found herself stuck in midair.

Kelly (half crying)
It's happening again! Cry

Kelly hit the window panes.

Meanwhile, 4 people charged to the pitstop.

Phil
Colin and Christie, Charla and Mirna, you're teams #1.

Colin
Oh, it's the little person.

Charla
I feel like crushing you.

But Phil stopped the disharmony.

Team Hunks arrived at the RB, just as Frank completed the task. Brandon is nearing the ground, but Kelly is having trouble manoevuring herself still.

Reichen volunteered and began his steady descent.

Brandon completed the RB 3rd and with Team HEA and Nicole, they rushed to the pitstop.

Brennan
Easy going, Reichen

Jon
KELLY, get a grip of yourself!!!! Angry

Kelly finally got it sorted out, but Reichen was dangerously behind her. In the end, both racers completed the task at the same time. It's a race to the end, and one of the teams will be eliminated.

Phil
Frank and Margarita, you're team #3.

Brandon and Nicole, patiently waiting behind, checked in.

Phil
Brandon and Nicole, you're team #4.

The 2 trailing teams are neck at neck.

Jon to cab driver
Go to the right.

Brennan to cab driver
Go to the left.

Pitter-patter of footsteps. Phil raised his neck and saw a team approaching.

Phil
Kelly and Jon, you're team #5.

Kelly/Jon
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! We made it!!!!!

The Hunks trudged in, feeling weary.

Phil
Reichen and Brennan, you're the last team to arrive. I'm sorry to tell you that you both have been eliminated from the race.

Reichen
It's OK. From the race, I've learnt to love this guy.

Brennan
Sorry, I'm straight.

[No offence, it's just a joke.]

Leg 8: Return of the Broken Ox

Phil
Colin and Christie and Charla and Mirna, who were 1st to arrive at 4.33pm, will depart at 4.33am.

Colin
I can't believe the little person is next to me.

Charla
What a jerk!

Christie
Fly yourselves to Manila in the Phillipines. Then board a bus to the town of Victoria and look out for the giant duck.

Mirna
You have 4 quarters for this leg of the race.

Colin
Hey, isn't that where we met the broken ox?

Charla
Hope you didn't mistreat it! You jerk!

Colin
Charla, Shut UPPP!!! Angry

The both went their seperate ways, boarding different taxis.

5.29am, Frank and Margarita departed 3rd.

Frank
It's the final 5 now, and I can smell the cash!

5.30am, Brandon and Nicole departed 4th.

Nicole
With God's power and our intelligence, we can win this time.

The lead teams arrived at the empty airport, but booked flights via phone on the earliest flight, arriving at 12.45pm in Manila.

6.37am, Kelly and Jon departed last.

Kelly
We are hoping for a miracle. We are crossing our fingers.

All teams booked the same flight, and arrived in Manila at the same time.

CC and HEA got on a bus arriving in Victoria 15 mins earlier than the rest.

CC arrived at the giant duck in 1st place and discovered a RB.

Colin
A roadblock. My ox is broken.

Phil
In this roadblock, that racer has to rely on his/her map and tug this giant ox over a certain course totalling 2 miles. Then the farmer will give them the next clue. For entertainment purposes, Colin and Christie will have to use the same ox which gave them trouble in TAR5 Leg11. Have fun, Colin and Christie.

Colin
I said that line before and I'm gonna do it.

Colin saw an ox with its back painted "The Broken Ox---specially for Colin and Chrisite"

Colin tries to pull. Ox follows but after 40 meters, the ox digressed. Colin gets angry. Meanwhile, Team HEA arrives and Maragrita volunteers. At least her ox was tamer. Colin's ox decides to poo, and almost landed on Colin's shoe.

Colin
You damned ox! You suck! Angry

Ox
*Grunt*

Maragrita's ox surpassed him.

Margarita
I'm beating Colin!! Grin

Finally the ox listens to Colin and continues moving. Margarita is now 0.5 miles done, Colin some 0.3 miles behind. Team God arrives and Brandon volunteers. No problem with the ox. Team Cousins appear and Mirna gets the taste of the ox. Not too bad. Kelly/Jon appear with Jon performing it.

Colin's ox is giving trouble again. Colin lost his grip and the ox went running loose. Colin chased him for like 50 meters before getting hold of it again. It was tough pulling the animal back to the course. They did, and now tied for 4th with Jon.

Margarita completed the course without much difficulty and received her clue.

Maragrita
Travel back to Manila by bus and head to Smokey Mountains. Wow, I never knew Manila have such beautiful mountains!

Mirna finished 2nd, just ahead of Brandon in 3rd. For Colin the ox stopped moving.

Colin
My ox is definitely broken !!!!! I need a mechanic!!!

Jon finished the course 4th, 10 minutes of Colin, now in last.

Team HEA were on the 1st bus out to Manila, and all the remaining teams were on a bus 20 mins behind.

ALong the way, Team HEA stopped in the middle of the road and hailed a taxi.

Frank
Smokey Mountains please.

Taxi driver
No, you don't wanna go there.

Frank
Just drive and stop talking.

Teams on the 2nd bus alighted and boarded taxis. Brandon/Nicole met someone familiar.

Taxi driver
Hello, have we met?

Nicole
Oh, you're that guy who didn't know how to go the coconut palace. We are going to smokey mountains.

Taxi driver
That i know. Grin

Brandon
Good!

Team HEA arrived at Smokey Mountains first, and were greeted by a mountain of trash.

Margarita
When i think smokey mountains, i don't wanna smell methane!!

Frank rips open the clue.

Frank
Detour: Sanitary or Unsanitary

Phil
In Sanitary, teams have to travel by a marked car to a suburb 20 miles away and find 5 families in the list they choose and pick up their trash and bringing back here. It's sanitary, but may take a while. In Unsanitary, teams head to giant heap of trash and from there fish out one of 10 clues found in the entire heap 15 feet high. It isn't sanitary, but may be completed quickly.

Margarita
I'm choosing sanitary.

B/N and CC chose sanitary, cousins and joke chose unsanitary.

Kelly
What if isn't sanitary??

Kelly, you're an idiot. The clue said it was gonna be unsanitary.

Now i think beef is better than garbage.

Charla
I wonder how much trash people in Manila generate.
