Well after 3 installments of UARTS, it's time we did the best of the worst. The 21 Teams competing for the title of UARTs Loser are...

Now here are the rules. Pay attention!

1. One vote per day: Non-Eliminations (not enough Teams to do it right), but I will allow Ro\-/dBlocks and Rewinds (see Rule #3) and of course... Detour!

2. There are some differences: Since we only have 21 Teams, a Detour will only work for TWO days, not three. Also, the Detour will cease to exist when we are down to FOUR Teams, not five.

3. Rewind works like the regular Yield in regular UARTS -- you nominate a Team for the Rewind and people vote on whether it would require 10 votes to eliminate a Team or not. Majority rules and it has to be a majority. Otherwise, it's 5 votes for 1-5, 6 votes for Teams 6 - 10, and 7 for 11-15, and 8 for 16-19 If someone really sticks in your craw, you may nominate a Rewinded Teams for a real evil: The 30-Vote Penalty. Since this is so ridiculously hard to vote off someone, a two-thirds (2/3) majority will be required, and only three Teams may be affected by the 30-Vote Penalty. (a (3X) will appear if a Team is affected by 30-Minute Penalty). A Team MUST have a Rewind to be eligible for the 30-Minute Penalty.)

4. Yield -- Two Teams must be nominated for Yield for us to have a run-off. The following day, the voters will vote on who they think deserves the Yield. Majority rules -- in the event of a tie, neither Team is cursed but both may be renominated. A cursed Team cannot be voted off, but may break the curse by having seven votes cast in their favor. You may nominate up to two Teams for Unlucky Seven in a single post, but it may not be used during a Detour. Please no more than 2 run-offs in a day for this.

5. +/- (plus-minus): This feature will add two votes to a Team's tally while subtracting two votes from another Team's tally (cannot put a Team below zero or over the vote off point), hence the name. You may use one plus and one minus per Team, but you may NOT cancel a +/- with another +/-.

(The following move in green is not illegal
a + to Kevin & Drew, a - to Ken & Gerard
later: a + to Jonathan & Victoria, a - to Kevin & Drew)

You are trying to get rid of Teams that you think are NOT losers. So the winner (or loser) will be the biggest loser. You follow?

And Heather, I determined the Teams by how they finished in UARTS from each season. Since Jon & Al were the first Team in TAR 4 to be Eliminated, (in UARTS1), they qualified to be a part of the Tournament of Losers.

I almost forgot, the 1st 5 Teams to be Eliminated will be IMMUNE from further installments of UARTS: ToL.
