*They don't have the castaways' audition tapes on CBS.com this season ... I thought that was a great feature ... I wonder why they don't have it this year ...  Sad
 
*They also don't have the castaways seperated by tribe this time ... that says to me that the big "twist" they've been talking about that happens in the beginning of the show has to do with how the tribes are picked ...
 
*the average age of the castaways is higher this year than usual ...

I'm pretty sure last season they didn't add the links to the audition tapes until afte the first or second episode aired.  So, they may still do that yet.

There is no question in my mind that they are still rolling in the site.  more stuff will follow.  the chat room was not up this morning.  Haven't checked this afternoonn.
 
Also they group all the players by men and women and there is no indication of who the two tribes are.  that means that they start as one group IMHO.  Then there is a "means" of dividing them into tribes.  That's why it's all so generic.  
 
I doubt there will be a wao (aka wow) tribe as in the lousy spoiler of earlier on.  funny name though.
