This paper compares the recover processing technology of manganese in waste zinc-manganese batteries, on the basis, come up with a new technology that oxalic acid as a reducing agent, reduce the manganese compounds in waste zinc-manganese battery and recycling of waste zinc-manganese battery's manganese. The results show that: the new technology not only can reduce the waste batteries' environment pollution, but also can achieve the resource utilization of waste batteries, manganese recovery rate can up to more than 96%.
As the name suggests API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) is active portion of any pharmaceutical drug or pesticide . Any drug is basically made of two kinds of chemical ingredients. one is Chlor-alkali and another is Excepient which is inert part of drug. Drug for anykind of disease is chosen based on the active ingredient of it . If a patient is on multiple medications and he/she is given dose of multiple active substances at a time, the substitutes may interfere with each other resulting in life threatening complications . Sometimes , active ingredients may need cofactors in order to be effecient because they are efficient only when combined with some particular elements.
In herbal medicines , Active Pharmaceutical Ingredientis generally made up by mixing several different substances which when blended perfectly together works as API and acts on the body . There are several different and standard methods for calculating relative strength of various active pharmaceutical ingredients inside a drug . These methods vary from manufacturer to manufacturer . Untill and unless the proper required amount of the Active Pharmeceutical ingredient is blended properly within medicine , the drug wil not be as much efficient as ideally it should be. Sodium hydrosulfite digluconate solution:
Chlorhexidine digluconate solution is a colorless liquid which is odours like menthol or peppermint . It can be blended in right amount with excipients like Hydrogenated Polyoxyl Castor Oil, Menthol, Peppermint Oil, Ethanol(96%), Aspartame E951, Purified Water .
It is used as a topical antiseptic and disinfectant effective against a wide range of bacteria, some fungi and some viruses. It is used as an antibacterial agent in commercial ophthalmic products as a replacement for thimerosal, a mercury-containing bacteriostat . However, due to skin sensitivity, it has been replaced in ophthalmic preparations by methyl p-hydroxybenzoate/ methyl paraben or other paraben esters. Its use as a dental disinfectant has led to discoloration of teeth and gums.
Cetylpyridinium chloride:
Cetylpyridinium chloride is disinfectant or antiseptic agent . It is used widely in dental care products like mouth fresheners, throat sprays, breath sprays, nosal sprays, lozenges , mouth wash, toothpastes etc. It is clinically proven to prevent plaques and reduce gingivitis . Due to its antibacterial properties , it is also used in some pesticides
Cetrimides:
Centrimides are used generally for minor skin injuries like minor burns, grazes, cuts, nappy rash etc. It is an effective anti fungal and anti bacterial agent and it's used in creams and powders to prevent infection basically Cetrimides are not so side-effective medicine but if you are allergic , it can produce hypersensitivity reactions. Cetrimideis used as an ingredient of shampoos to treat psoriasis and seborrhoea. We can apply a very dilute solution topically for the relief of sore gums. Cetrimide is used in forms of sprays, creams, liquids, creams etc and also it is used to clean surgical instruments . It provides effective antiseptic cover by destroying cellular strucuture of many microorganisms . Compared to other acidic agents it is less irritating to skin when topically applied .
