Different actor entirely!  That actor is the guy who does the voice of Mr. Krabbs on Spongebob, and was also the head prison guard on Shawshank Redemption.  He's played in a ton of stuff, typically as a bad guy, but definitely a different actor than Zeke who was the pilot in the movie Con Air.

I guess they Zeke wasn't that Head Army guy.  It was the voice that confused me.
 
Also, I thought Henry was Kate's stepdad from the truck, because him wearing the helmut sort of looked like him.
 
 
Loved the dialogue between Tariq and Sayid.  Tell them he's a goat or something.  Sayid:  He doesn't know.  Tariq: Put the bag over your head and tie it up.  This is an order....

lots of good dialogue in his eppy...loved sawyer and hurley, and sayid and charlie on the beach. i can see sayid winning charlie over to his side by playing on his fear and memories
