1. Flight of the Phoenix - a surprisingly good movie. There is action, drama, suspense, and a few light moments. There are also little plot twists scattered throughout the movie to keep you entertained. I'll probably watch this movie again.

2. Hellboy - a good movie as well. I think it's not only an action movie, but drama as well. The plot is a bit simple but the characters are interesting.

Hotel Rwanda - and if you've not seen it I would STRONGLY recommend it!!  I was hesitant to watch, as it's about the genocide in Rwanda in the 1990's.  I could never watch Schindler's List... I just can't take the "pain" that comes from these movies.

But, this one was different.  Instead of focusing on violence and massacre of the Rwandans, it focused on the man who worked at the hotel in Rwanda.  A group of refugees ended up housed in the hotel and he worked to get them all safely out of the country.

There are graphic scenes of dead bodies, but the scenes are short and are basically used to show what was going on outside the gates of the hotel.

Saving Private Ryan - I've seen this movie a few years ago, and I watched it again yesterday. It's so disturbing and sad, and I can understand more the plot of the story.

And I'm also surprised that Vin Diesel was there!  Shocked

Went to see March of the Penguins today.  It's very good, though I could have saved 6.50 and waited for the DVD.  What got me, is what a "love story" it is... who'd think a documentary on penguins could be made into a love story?  IF you decide to go see it, be sure to sit through the credits and watch the clips of the photographers filming the penguins... quite cute!!

Watched The Butterfly Effect last night... if you like psychological stuff it's pretty good... Ashton Kutcher does quite a good job in the lead.. totally different from his usual zany characters...

HAHAHA, just finished watching "Catwoman"!
An hour and a half of being entertained.
Halle loks great in her catsuit and
Sharon Stone can hold her own in the figure
department with her.
